2.How do you control your quality?We have 10 professional QC Staffs, and there are 4 processes we focus our attention on.

A: Checking the bulk fabrics’ quality before production, fabric composition, color fastness of washing and light etc

B: Checking the logos’ production, thread or printing colors, embroidery trim clean etc

C: Checking the sewing process, seam properties, slippage strength, given seam strength, strength of attachment etc.

D: Checking the finished caps and hats after steam ironing.

3.How about sample?

We can make sample for your test, need about one week to finish.

4.What should we do if we cannot find the right thing in your site?
